FLOP token price: is $FLOP launched or tradable yet?

People search for "FLOP token price" and "FLOP crypto coin" every day. Here's the short answer, based only on official Flop Network documents: as of October 16, 2026, $FLOP has not launched, so no genuine FLOP market price exists yet. Is the FLOP token live?

No. According to the official testnet page, the network is still heading into its testnet, which is planned for Q4 2026. Can I buy FLOP now?

The flop.finance homepage says "No pre-sale", "No VCs" and "100% fair launch". The whitepaper says there's no token sale and no investor allocation. Why you might see a "FLOP price" anyway

• Unrelated tokens. Other projects may use the same ticker. A ticker isn't proof of anything.
• Testnet tokens. Testnet tokens come from a faucet and have no value. Per the airdrop page, simply holding them doesn't earn an allocation.

What will $FLOP be used for?

The intended use is paying for AI inference. Agents spend FLOP, and GPU miners earn it for verified work.
